Cool Butter Milk for this Summer:
Step 1: grind ginger, mint and mirchi(little amount of mirchi mostly half mirchi for 1 litre buttermilk).
Step2: blend curd into thick buttermilk.
Step3: Add water to this with salt required.(more watery buttermilk more healthy). Add curry leaves and coriander to the same.


 Everyone can drink this. This helps reducing heat in the body. Immediate body cooler. People who like can add mentya also
